Please review these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our software selling platform (desync). This Agreement establishes the legally binding terms and conditions governing the use of the Website / Discord.

2. Advertising & Impersonation

  • No advertising or promoting other communities, services, or products.
  • No impersonating staff or other users.
  • No discussing reselling, boosting, or real money trading (RMT) services.

3. Selling

  • Do not sell accounts, items, or third-party products through chats or DMs.
  • All sales must be through approved and official methods only.
  • Buying or selling outside official channels is at your own risk.

4. Content Rules & Conduct

  • No spam, racism, hate speech, NSFW content, or toxic behavior.
  • Be respectful to all users and staff.
  • We may remove access from users who violate rules, abuse systems, harass others, or act in bad faith. Bans will not be refunded.

5. Support

  • DM or open a ticket for support.
  • Support may be slower between 12am–12pm CST.
  • Spamming tickets or DMs will delay your response time.
  • If developer assistance is required, wait times may vary. Please be patient.
  • Time may be compensated if delays are significant and we see fit.

6. Refunds & Chargebacks

  • No refunds unless a valid exception applies. All sales are final.
  • Chargebacks will result in a permanent ban, blacklist from our site and server, and your name may be reported to other communities.

7. Product Use & Responsibility

  • You are fully responsible for your account security and activity. We are not liable if your account is accessed or misused by someone else.
  • All products are provided "as-is" with no guarantees of uptime, compatibility, or immunity from bans.
  • We are not responsible for any bans, restrictions, or consequences from product use.
  • Product status (online/offline/undetected) may change without notice. Check status before purchase or use.
  • Compatibility and status are clearly listed. If a product is offline or not supported by your system, you will not receive a refund.
  • We may pause or disable any product at any time for updates, maintenance, or other reasons without notice.

8. Final Agreement

By verifying your Discord or using our products, you agree to all server and site rules. Ignorance of the rules is not an excuse. Your use of the Website and services is confirmation that you accept these terms in full.
